Strength-Based Therapy Across Colorado
Your partner in mental wellness. I offer individual therapy to Colorado residents by secure video anywhere in the state, or in person on local trails. Together we shift the focus from problems to capabilities, starting with what you already do well.

How We Can Work Together
Individual Therapy
One-on-one sessions by secure video, anywhere in Colorado. Life transitions, anxiety, grief, burnout, and the work of figuring out what you want next.
Walk and Talk Therapy
Sessions outdoors on paved, accessible Colorado paths. Cherry Creek State Park, Sloan's Lake, and the Clear Creek Trail in Golden. Sometimes it's easier to talk about hard things when you're on the move.
Group Therapy
Small groups of eight to ten, formed around shared themes and led by a therapist. You arrive in a room that already understands something about where you have been.
Supportive Home Organization
For many people, letting go of belongings is hard because of the emotions attached to them. Together, we work at a manageable pace to ease the overwhelm and create spaces that feel functional and calm.
Who I Work With
Four Groups of People I Know Well
Not every therapist is a fit for every person, and that is fine. These are the people whose worlds I understand without needing a map drawn for me.
Adults
Ages 18 and up. Life transitions and big decisions, anxiety and burnout, grief, relationship patterns, self-worth, and finding a direction worth walking in.
Teens and Adolescents
Ages 12 to 17. School pressure, social anxiety and belonging, family conflict, confidence, emotional regulation, and working out who they are becoming.
Those Who Serve
First responders and military, active and separated. Cumulative stress that never got processed, hypervigilance that followed you home, moral injury, and life after service.
People Living with Chronic Pain
Your pain is real. Therapy does not question that. In our work together, we focus on how pain takes over: sleep, mood, identity, and the feeling that you have tried everything.
My Approach
I believe, wholeheartedly, that every person I work with carries within them the strength to create meaningful change. I approach our work together with the genuine belief that you already possess an incredible capacity for growth and the intuition to navigate life’s challenges. My role is to be a collaborative partner with you – shining a light on your strengths and help you harness the power you’ve carried within you all along.
I genuinely love this work. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than witnessing someone reconnect with their own resilience, shift long-held beliefs, and start showing up in their life in ways that feel true to who they are.
I also know that reaching out for help can feel daunting — even scary. Whether this is your first time considering therapy or you’ve been down this road before, it’s okay if you’re not sure what to expect. What I can promise is a space that feels safe, judgment-free, and truly centered on you.
You already have what it takes. I’m just here to help you see it.

Complimentary Consultation
A 15-minute call to see if we are a good fit. No pressure, no commitment. Just a conversation, and you can decide afterwards.
Initial Sessions
We slow down and listen. Understanding your full story is the foundation for everything that comes after, so we do not rush this part.
Personalized Work
Practical tools and deeper insight, at a pace that feels right for you rather than a pace set by a treatment manual.
Ongoing Support
Healing is not linear. We stay flexible and adjust as life keeps happening, because it will.

Common Questions
If your question is not here, ask it. There is no wrong question to bring to a first conversation.
No. I do not take health insurance, so sessions are self-pay at $165 per hour. Before we begin, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate of your expected costs.
We talk for about 15 minutes. You tell me what brought you here, I tell you how I work, and we both get a feel for whether this is a good fit. There is no obligation to book anything afterwards.
Yes. Telehealth sessions happen by secure video with Colorado residents anywhere in the state, from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins and the Western Slope. Walk and talk sessions are in person, outdoors on local trails.
It depends on what you want from the work. Individual therapy gives you one-on-one time at your own pace. A group gives you a room of people who share something of your experience, which can make you feel far less alone. Groups are still forming, so if one sounds right for you, tell me the kind of group you would join.
It is a therapy session that happens outdoors, side by side, on paved and accessible paths. Movement makes difficult conversations easier, and walking side by side takes the pressure off eye contact. It is an option, never a requirement: telehealth is always available instead.
